Delete your Heyzzle account

You can delete your Heyzzle account and your data at any time. Here's how to do it, and what happens to your information.

1 · Delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Heyzzle and go to your Profile (tap your profile picture).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Account deletion.
  3. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out.

2 · Can't open the app?

Email support@heyzzle.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile - name, age, gender, bio - and all of your photos
  • Your sign-in and session data, and your daily-usage data (such as your free-call counter)
  • Any blocks you've set

What we keep

A small set of records is retained in de-identified form - no longer linked to you:

  • Records of past calls and the ratings/feedback tied to them - kept for safety and operational reasons, with your identity removed
  • Purchase records - kept to meet accounting, tax and audit obligations, disconnected from your account

Deleting your account means any unused call credits are lost. In-app purchases are non-refundable - see our Terms of Use. Account deletion can't be undone. For full detail on what we store and for how long, see our Privacy Policy.
